Jardines Cafe Emma - Puntarenas

We are so glad we found this little gem across from where we were staying and couldn’t be more pleased with the food and service! We were looking for a place for breakfast and felt so blessed to have Derek as our waiter. He spoke very good English and had great customer service skills, then of course the food was just as good! Then we were looking for a place for dinner and saw the special menu they were having that night so we decided to make reservations, we asked if he was working and he said that he wouldn’t but that Francisco would take just as good as care and that he did! We were very pleased with everything! The food was absolutely delicious, the prices was very reasonable and the customer service was just as outstanding as Derek had given us! We will definitely be back when come back to Bejuco!

Wow! What can I say- we stopped on our way home and we were so shocked and surprised at this restaurant. I had the jumbo shrimp in garlic and butter, my friends had the whole fish grilled fried. It was the BEST meal we have had here in CR. Delicious, tasty and we will be back. Daniel the waiter spoke perfect English and was so attentive to all our needs. A real gem of a restaurant. We live here in CR and have plenty of choices to eat anywhere- BUT we will have to make this a local place for us to visit! Hands down- try it!!!

My husband and I had an incredible meal here! We had one of the specials which was mahi mahi with shrimp and a chicken entree. Everything was cooked perfectly with amazing flavor. Our service was really great as well. Best service we have had in Costa Rica so far!

Had the tomahawks there. It was very good. Only thing I would suggest is that they give steak knives instead of butter knives for cutting the meat. Meat was tender but still. Service was excellent.

Wonderful food and people!! The brunch is incredible!! Pancakes and huevos rancheros are amazing!!! The iced coffee is the best we've ever had!!
