Papa John's Pizza - Purcellville

The service here is incredibly fast, and everyone who works at this restaurant is very friendly. One of the staff members even held the door open for me as I picked up my pizza, which was a nice touch. It's often the little things that make a difference. Kudos to the manager for hiring such great employees!

The customer service was very poor. There are plenty of pizza spots around, so there's no need to treat customers rudely.

The delivery times were consistently shorter than what I expected. The drivers were friendly, but the customer service from the shop could improve—this might be an issue with management. I've actually caused more trouble for the drivers by mistakenly sending them to the wrong address than they have caused for me.

Apparently this Papa John's has terrible delivery times and thus all the negative reviews; however, I ordered mid-day on a weekday and the order arrived in less than half an hour. Still, that isn't peak time and I'd be wary of the other reviews. There's plenty of other pizza options in Purcellville now.
