This will be our last visit here. Post Covid, they never brought back their seating. You can buy ice cream but you have to sit on the curb by a busy street or eat in your car.

Amazing customer service with Cathy the manager and Tina one of her works! I get there looking for a birthday cake. I went ahead and bought two cakes. Tina went out of her way to help me carry one of the cakes to my car as Cathy was charging me bc I was in such a rush. It’s rare to have such lovely works help us customers out.

I'm Giving 5 stars because this place is still my go-to but I spend entirely too much money here to receive an ice cream cone that looks like this. Lol. I'm happy she knew what I order but when she tried to hand it to me, I asked her if she could fix it. First she looked at me like she couldn't understand why I wanted a redo, I asked again very politely and She rolled her eyes. She went back, grabbed a clear piece of Saran wrap and tried to shape it better with her back to me like I couldn't see what was going on. This is what I wound up with so just IMAGINE what it looked like before surgery. This is the second time from the same person that made a crazy cone for me. There won't be a 3rd. No ma'am. I wasn't going to say anything because it's just a cone haha but the attitude was a no go for me. Shame on you.

If you have a service animal and you ask if they are allowed in store be prepared to be asked for documents at this location.

Take out only, no place to sit down. The ice cream seems like they don't keep it cold enough. Definitely a downhill experience from when we were kids.
