Neapolitano - Pyatigorsk

One star for the decor, and that's where the positives end. First, we tried to call for about 30 minutes but couldn’t get through. When we finally arrived, we decided to order what I thought would be hard to mess up. The Caesar salad was dressed with plain mayonnaise, the risotto had some strange fish sauce, and the duck looked as if it had already been chewed and spit out. They brought us cold cheese sticks. The funniest part was that my friend ordered the Caesar salad and the risotto, and she got everything while I was left waiting for my poor duck and veggies for another 30 minutes. The waitress asked why we hadn’t eaten anything, and we clearly explained that the dishes were terrible. Instead of apologizing, the waitress argued with us. We waited about 15 minutes for the bill, and we could have easily left without anyone noticing. Go to other restaurants in Pyatigorsk; you’ll find much better options. It really takes effort to make the food this bad.

The food is super delicious and reasonably priced. The pizza with burrata and the strawberry lemonade are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it! There is plenty of seating, and some spots are conveniently located near power outlets.

Today, I visited your restaurant and was very disappointed. Unfortunately, the service hasn't improved, and the kitchen still seems to be functioning poorly. My daughter was served her dish with rice that was probably leftover from yesterday. I waited an entire hour for my ordered duck, even though there were few customers in the restaurant. The taste was disappointing as well. The cocoa tasted like it came from a package. Once again, I was let down, as I had hoped to become a regular customer. Wishing you success!

Great place with delicious food and excellent service! The value for the price outshines all other establishments.

We spotted a cockroach next to our table. I called the waiter over. His reaction was ambiguous; he said he wasn't the cleaner and that they were already aware of the cockroaches, and the manager was informed too. However, the manager never came over. It's pretty disappointing to have cockroaches in a restaurant. I'm including a photo; it's not great, but if you want to see a cockroach, just visit the restaurant and look around—you'll definitely spot one.
