Hiro Sushi - QUARRATA

A business lunch with many courses ... Nice and clean place (nice bathrooms). The owners come from Wenzhou, a prefecture-city located in the southeastern part of the Chinese province of Zhejiang, south of Shanghai. The mise en place is simple with a paper placemat with the QR Code to download the menu. We chose different dishes, both from Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Maybe I was wrong, but I found them a little salty, until I discovered that the soy sauce was salty ... so, my mistake. The service, however, made a mistake in taking one of the orders and exchanged the numbers on the menu ... it happens ... We will try again next time to understand better and be more objective. In any case I found the Chinese dish they brought us delicious and very spicy! A great thing for those who, like me, love chilli
