Hungry Jack's - QUEANBEYAN EAST

Friendly staff but a disappointing breakfast with a lukewarm brekkie wrap that they forgot to put BBQ sauce on (though they were keen to rectify it), a crunchy but cold hash brown and pretty awful coffee. Bought a Diet Coke instead but it tasted peculiar - made me wonder if the post-mix machine gets a regular clean. Actually the whole place needs a jolly good scrub when you start looking. The back of house area looks grotty, the front is a bit worn, and the drive thru - where I bought the Diet Coke, looks like it needs a Hazmat team to decontaminate the inside and the outside of the window area. Feels overall dirty and unkempt. Not inclined to return.

The burgers we had were delish, chips were very good chicken fries were very nice, the tables were very clean toilets are also very clean the staff very helpful.

Hungry Jacks win hands down over McDonalds for quality of food, but the Queanbeyan Hungry Jacks was so slow in the service on this day and they seemed to not know what they were doing. Took nearly 20 min to get from asking what we wanted to actually getting the food and there were only 2 people in front of us

It's on the main road, but a few blocks away from the main shopping centre. There is plenty of parking and the free wifi works well. They offer a free refill on drinks and their service is typical country friendly.

A little worn around the edges, the dining room could use an update and some TLC. Service and food were OK, typical for the chain.
