Sauce Pizza Wine - Queen Creek

Went today for the BOGO Mac Cheese deal and was very disappointed. It was like eating just noodles. Very little, if any, cheese sauce. It was like they were trying to ration the cheese sauce. So little in fact that when trying to scoop the noodles into a to go container, it was sticking to the bottom of the bowl. Pizza was good. Had issues with the ice machine, so very little ice to be had with our ICED tea. Sort of throws the reason to get iced tea, out the window when there is no ice.

We had a good experience. The kids pizza was supposed to be pepperoni, but only came with 3 pepperonis…not great. The pizza, salad, wine special going on is great! The “adult” pizza was delicious and the Caesar salad was great, minus the bricks they call croutons that were not good at all. Overall good food.Food: 5/5

I usually really enjoy Sauce, but this location was really disappointing. First, the service was poor. Three of us went on a Thursday at 6:00 p.m. We each ordered a salad (no substitutions or anything . They brought two out but took FOREVER to bring the third. They asked us twice if we had received it yet and went back to check on it, but it took a long while for them to bring it. We were really nice about it (not adking for the manager or anything discounted, etc. , and it tasted great when it arrived, but the restaurant only had four other tables and plenty of staff so the service was really disappointing. Second, the toilet in the women's restroom was disgusting. The back of the toilet looked all yellow and sticky, since it was the women's restroom. I don't think it was urine, but I don't know what else it could be. In any event, it was all over and looked dried on. Clearly, no one had checked the bathroom for cleanliness in a long while. I will go back to Sauce (definitely and probablythis location. The food was good and I'm optimistic that this was just an off night, but it was clearly not acceptable. I will update this review when I go again.

Honestly such a disappointment. The salads are delicious, but that's if they don't forget the main ingredient! I ordered the turkey and feta salad, and they forgot to give me the turkey! When I went back to ask for it, the cashier just grabbed a bag and emptied it into my plate with her bare hands. It was so off-putting. Other than that, the salad was pretty good. My mom got the salmon salad and my husband got the roasted veggie salad, which were both pretty good, but very small portions. As for the pizzas, they are so light on the toppings and they're just not even that good. We got the Suprema, the prosciutto and fig, and the chicken and pesto. I guess the Suprema was the best one of the three. The others barely had any meat on them. The second one had two figs on the entire pie, I kid you not. The ambiance is not great. It feels cold and unwelcoming. The entire dinner was $100 and totally not worth it.
