Whataburger - Queen Creek

My family and I truly enjoy Whataburger. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the staff is always friendly. I appreciate how the staff brings the food to the table along with a tray full of condiments—it's a nice touch. The dining room is often on the chilly side, especially when sipping on an ice-cold drink. The restrooms could use a bit more attention as well.

Every time we visit, Daniel is exceptionally friendly and consistently works hard to maintain a clean lobby.

This is the only location I will actually go to. The drive-thru staff always greets you with a smile, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs, which is a refreshing change from many other places I've dined at. I can't emphasize enough how delicious the food is too! Happy employees make for great food—that's a fact. I highly recommend it!

So I came an ordered 2 #1 burger meals an it got messed up. I drove back an a employee (Brandon) was outside on his break. I asked for his help He was so professional an friendly We talked an I showed receipts of order he was amazing he fixed my order With no hesitation. Brandon is a 5 ? employee thanks again

I had a free combo meal because of the rewards program. If it wasn't free, they would have received 3 stars.The food was luke warm. I can't stand cooled fries. I ate a few and tossed most of them. I only ate half of the burger for the same reason. I am a fan of What a Burger and normally have a good experience. Tonight they were just off their game. I could have asked to have fresh food, but I wasn't that hungry and figure it isn't my last meal, so I didn't bother.
