Villa Rustica - Queens

I ordered a 10? of cauliflower crust cheese pizza with two topped sausage mash room) by phone and was told to pick up in 10mins, total costed me $22.70 with taxfor cash deal pay credit card would charge another 3 admini fee). I?ve picked it upin 12 mins. But I am very disappointing that pizza was cold such like it?s never been hot in the oven. Also, pizza slice wasthin as cookie with very little cheese on top. Do no recommend to go this restaurant.

Self explanatory. See photos below. Looks as bad as it tasted. It was also 30 bucks. 1 star for effort, 1 star because it was food.

TRIED this restaurant for the first time the other day. I went out with the family. Phenomenal service and Phenomenal food !!!!! This guy Nick was extremely friendly and kind to me a my family. The other guy said he was the owner of the restaurant. What a great guy !!!!!!! It felt like I was eating at home with better service and much better food. What a comfortable and beautiful environment to bring the family. Wish I could give a 100 stars for this experience

I have been sick for three days, so my lack of appetite wasn't the restaurant's fault. However, when I finally felt a bit hungry and decided to follow my girlfriend's suggestion to have a nutritious meal, I was disappointed. The chicken in my Caesar salad was served in a thin, unappetizing piece rather than chopped up. The portion consisted of only 4 croutons and about 10 pieces of wilted lettuce, all wrapped in a quesadilla-like style for $12. It seemed like the dish was haphazardly put together, as if a 10-year-old had made it on a whim. To make matters worse, the salad was assembled with dressing, lettuce, and all in a microwave, resulting in a soggy mess that was completely inedible. It's frustrating when a restaurant doesn't seem to care about the quality of their food. If you're not going to put effort into making a dish properly, then just don't offer it on the menu. Customers come to eat because they are hungry and relying on the restaurant to provide a satisfying meal. This kind of disregard for customer satisfaction is simply disrespectful.

This was my first and last time ordering pizza from this place. I find the prices for a fast food item like pizza to be very disrespectful.
