White Castle - Queens

It's been a while since I last visited White Castle, and I'm really glad I stopped by. I ordered the #1 combo, which includes four cheeseburgers, fries, and a soda. I had forgotten how delicious the burgers are! I ended up going back inside to grab another order. The price was quite reasonable at around $8 each. I ended up sitting in the parking lot to enjoy both orders since the indoor seating was closed.

I ordered a 20-count chicken ring through UberEats, but I didn't receive any condiments despite them being listed on the receipt. Additionally, there was no straw for my drink, and the food was soggy. I'm just four minutes away in a hotel, which makes this quite unacceptable.

The burgers lack flavor and have a mushy texture that makes them feel watered down. This has been the case for a few years now, and it really needs to change, especially considering how expensive they've become. It's disappointing that such a premium price is being charged for subpar food.

They were conveniently close to the bowling alley, made since to stop in for lunch. Unfortunately they were in the process of repairing and renovating the store which created a claustrophobic atmosphere.

My first time in the USA and had to visit a White Castle. Since our AirBNB was close by we chose this one. The service was on point. I noticed the online orders coming in by the minute so my fullest respect to the staff, hope management reads this : Cheese sliders were great, fries had some darker ones inside but were perfectly cooked and salted otherwise. Would recommend
