Kfc - Queensbury

The food was very good hot tasty. The dining room needed to have the trash changed but somebody did that while I was eating.

Food is good, my brother and sister ordered a spicy chicken Mac and cheese bowl. Barely any Mac and cheese and went back up to ask about it and the lady said ok and... very rude. Tuesday Nov.22 6pm

I stopped by for a late dinner after shopping and I have to say, the customer service was lacking. Several items were missing from our order, and what we did receive was at best lukewarm. Considering the quality, it felt a bit overpriced. When are we going to get a Popeyes?

The chicken was excellent, though the thigh and leg portions were smaller than what I'm used to in Texas. The coleslaw, green beans, and biscuit were all delicious. The service was fast as well.
