I'd never been to Portsea untilwell until the day we had lunch at the Portsea Hotel and I know now what I've been missing.

First time back here to dine in over 5 years and the recent renovation looks like it's paid off! Beautiful setting inside or outside, with views overlooking the beach really elevated the experience. The views on a sunny day was definitely the highlight! Great atmosphere! Even though we went well after the lunch period, the meals were tasty and all staff friendly. Would love to venture back in the Winter and dine by the big, indoor fireplace at the back!

Highly recommend a getaway here. Only stayed for the night but the experience we had with the staff was A+ and they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Dinner was cozy near the fire, they were definitely busy but I can see why with the nice atmosphere (inside out! and wood fired pizzas. Cutest stay in Portsea right by the water and national park. Thanks Portsea! Well be back for summer.
