Subway - Queenstown

I ordered 18 cookies of double chocolate chip, chocolate chips and m&m cookies. and instead of chocolate chip and m&ms they gave me oats and raisins which I'm allergic to raisins so I had to throw all the cookies out because I couldn't risk it. I was kicked out of this subway for not having a jab pass in 2022. They treated me like dirt and refused to continue my order even though I'd been in the store for several minutes with my wife. I was completely healthy with no symptoms. Their discrimination, which was totally unfounded and part of a disinformation campaign is now coming back to haunt them by way of the truth. I hope you have learned your lesson and will treat people with more respect in the future. As a result I will never frequent your store again and have told many others.

Rude staff. When the sub came out of the toaster they all argued with eachother about who was finishing the order. When they finally decided it turned out the meatballs they'd used were still frozen. When I asked for a replacement with warm meatballs they gave me less despite having paid for the footlong. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$10–20
