The Black Swan - Queenstown

It is a very good restaurant in Queenstown. The food is good I had the privilege to go into the kitchen and it is clean and spotless. Nice job guys.

Loved our stay! The rooms are really neat and modern and they provide amazing service! The facilities at the BnB are great and the owners are all very involved and friendly. They really made us feel comfortable, safe and at home after an unplanned stay after my car broke down. The whole property is also very clean and managed so well. I don 't know the town layout well, but the location seemed great. Quite close to 'main strip ' to allow for walking to shops etc, but can also be quite busy and frantic, but the bnb is on a quite road and we didn 't notice any unwanted noise from the roads.

I've never been to Queenstown before so I didn't know what to expect. The food at the restaurant is AMAZING. I really enjoyed it. Also, the B&B is so neat and clean. I've been to a few B&B's in the Eastern Cape and theirs is by far the cleanest and the room is really cosy too. Staff are friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Very pleasant, friendly owners and staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms with dstv. I stayed in self catering rooms. There was no hot water, but when I brought it to their attention they explained that one block is on gas geysers, and you have to open the hot tap further for the geyser to switch on.

A very friendly owner and couldn't do enough for us. Best advice to phone first as no front desk reception as such. Accommodation was clean spacious and contemporary. Bar and kitchen were being refurbished so cannot comment other than if like everything else than expect try are great and good value for money.
