Pizza Pizza - Queensville

I'm quite frustrated with my experience. When I went in to pick up my order, I specifically mentioned that I was there for a butter chicken pizza. I'm really disappointed and feel like I've wasted my money. Why would they let me pay for something they knew wasn't what I ordered? I won't be returning to this location again! This has been a very upsetting experience.

When I have a craving for pizza and go through the effort of picking it up, I want it to be delicious enough to bring a smile to my face and fill my belly with joy, and that’s exactly what their pizza delivers. I've become a regular customer here. Just the other day, I watched one of the team members slice my pizza after it came out of the oven. He was so gentle with the roller, and I couldn't help but think, "Who does that?" It was evident that he put a lot of love and care into it, wanting to ensure that his customer would be happy. That’s what truly makes a difference.

I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. I stopped by for a slice of pizza during my lunch break while working at a construction site nearby, but they were out of the type I wanted. They suggested pepperoni as an alternative, but I decided to go for a sub at Mr. Sub instead. To be honest, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this Pizza Pizza, and I can’t recommend it unless you’re looking to be seriously disappointed. After my experience here, I can honestly say it was the most disappointing lunch I've had since I got out of prison two years ago.

The pizza is really delicious, and the staff are very friendly. However, I wish the slices were a bit bigger.

I stopped by the restaurant to order a pizza last night, and the staff member generously let me know that I could wait in my car while he brought the pizza out to me. The customer service was outstanding—very friendly—and the service was fast!
