La Pierre Lys - Quillan

We have eaten here a number of times over the years and I remembered the food was good but my goodness this time the food was fabulous, service excellent and great value for money. The Pierre Lys is a traditional , family run , French hotel, comfortable and not expensive. Sits by the river, has plenty of parking and has a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely old style French restaurant with excellent food, good service and it takes you right back to those classical days, with real napkins, table cloths, heavy tableware, etc. It's just outside Quillan across the road from the Rugby Stadium.

Charming hotel , with a beautiful welcome .Cuisine excellent and very copyy. Congratulations to the cook who makes us enjoy traditional cuisine I recommend this hotel but especially its restaurant.

Very reasonable price, super reception all staff is very nice. Very well kept, very clean. Traditional and delicious cuisine and impeccable service. I'll come back and recommend.
