Mcdonald's - Quitman

Food was under cooked, service took forever, employees were rude and didn't care, employees also started vaping and smoking when customers left, all tables and the floor was nasty and looked sticky. Terrible location.

4/8/2024 9pm The store manager Cirilo Vazquez has no love or courtesy for customer service. I ordered 2 double 1/4lb burgers plain. They sent it out with cheese. Then he tells me I ordered it wrong. Filed a complaint with corporate who refunded my purchase of food that was thrown at me and my daughter while waiting for the new burgers at the drive through. Then he locked himself in the building threatened to kick my a and was bragging how it was all on video. He called the police claiming I was drunk, so I patiently waited for their arrival. We talked to them and then they went inside to talk to the manager. After 20 or so minutes the police officer came out just as frustrated as we were stating that he got into an altercation with the manager himself.No coke, cups, or ice cream for weeks on end,Parking lot and drive through are dark with no lights on. Very unsafe.No More McDonald’s

Worst service ever. All I wanted was a frozen coke. Musta been at the drive thru 20 minutes. Employee finally came towards the window... but she just refilled her drink cup and walked off sucking on the straw. Finally I got out of the car (I was a passenger) went inside and said hey, I 'm still at the drive thru waiting on my frozen coke and the young woman who took my payment at window #1 saw me snd said I 'm sorry and brought me a frozen coke which was only filled to about 3 inches from the top! My mother was still in the car at the drive thru. Looked like one person was working, everybody else just standing around looking dazed and confused.

This is the most understaffed McDonalds I've ever been to.

Staff did not want to take your order in person, wanted you to use the kiosk. It was broken, just like the ice cream machine The staff also had a liquor bottle in the kitchen area for everyone and God to see! I would NOT recommend this place at all !!!!
