Panera Bread - Racine

As much as I love Panera Bread, this location is the slowest and will forget you exist while you're waiting for your order. This is the third time I've gone through the drive thru and was told to pull up and then after 15 minutes I had to walk inside anyways to get my order because it's just sitting there on the counter. Just go to a different Panera, the extra 15 minutes you spend driving won't matter and you won't leave mad.

Cashier was bothered that we were ordering. She had an air pod in one ear and seemed to be paying more attention to what was in her ear than to us.

The manager is amazing always keeping the place tidy going out of her way to greet everyone see if they need anything. Great people service ?

Chicken noodle soup barely had any pieces in it, 90% broth, ordered a plain strawberry smoothie and got a strawberry banana one and so no straw.

I went on a Friday nite 5pm, drive thru no one in line. Ordered the ham and gouda sandwich. Got home and there was so little ham and cheese in there and all bread. $15 for a sandwich and brownie. What a rip off. Not going
