Uptown China Ronghua - Racine

The restaurant used to be good, but during my last visit, they forgot a part of my meal. I called to inform them right away, but didn't receive a call back for several hours. I'm still unsure about what the person on the phone told me, as I never found out. The food I did receive was not good - the ribs were old and rubbery. The overall quality of the dishes has also declined. I am now on the lookout for a new dining spot.

I had a wonderful experience dining at this restaurant with amazing Chinese cuisine. I ordered the Mongolian bark combo dinner, which included an excellent buck buck dish, pork fried rice, choice of egg roll or soup, wonton chips, and a cookie. Everything was freshly cooked to order and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back again.

You can never go wrong with Uptown China/RongHua. Everything on the menu is a total delight! The staff are very welcoming and appreciative.

I order from here maybe once a month never really had a problem today I ordered and waited 2 hrs for my food to get here it’s cold I called to complain lady who answers say she doesn’t think my food is cold lol and offers $2 off next order
