Huddle House - Radcliff

The food was so good I like the variety they offer on the menu. Shelby the manager is great, she was our waitress the last couple of times we were there. She always moves with food to fill tables drinks wizards. Thank you.

I noticed that Huddle House has been gradually declining in quality, which I had anticipated. However, I was surprised to find the place packed when I visited. The service was a bit slow, but given the crowd, that was understandable. The coffee didn't quite meet my expectations as it was a bit weak for my liking, but I'm an espresso drinker. I ordered the Huddle House bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the gravy on top. It was enjoyable and tasted good. Overall, I was satisfied with both my meal and the service.

My wife, our three sons, and I visited Huddle House today for the first time in a while. We were fortunate to have a waitress named Shelly who greeted us at our table. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing us with outstanding service. We truly appreciate the effort and care she put into her work. Thank you, Shelly, for being such a blessing. The manager's behavior was quite poor. They were rude to the other waiter, Coral. The five stars are for her – I'm not sure if that's how you spell her name, but I heard the other girls mention it. She's a slender Caucasian girl with black hair. The manager is also a thin Caucasian with fake eyelashes and highlights. It's incredibly unprofessional to correct employees in front of customers. It felt like harassment to me. If I were part of your staff, I would consider filing a complaint! The food and service, on the other hand, were fantastic.
