Western Sizzlin - Rainbow City

The waitress provided exceptional service. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. However, the tables were quickly filling up. The only issue I had was that they ran out of steak. The line was long but moved quickly.

My husband and I dined at this restaurant today and it was a terrible experience. The service was awful - we only saw our waitress once and had to ask for our check. To make matters worse, there was a roach crawling underneath our table while we were eating. Another patron even commented, "I guess they let their pet out." When the roach was stepped on, our waitress quickly disposed of it as if it was no big deal. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this place.

The dining experience was excellent, with delicious food and good service from our waitress. However, the cleanliness of the tables should be more carefully maintained before guests are seated. Overall, we plan to return to this restaurant.

Senior citizens discount plus the food and service is awesome!!

Food bar was clean and very good service was great.
