Good basic accomodation well located Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

We stayed here from Thursday to Monday. Our room was on the second floor and the lovely lady on reception let us use the luggage lift to send our luggage upto the second floor. The staff were all very helpful and chatty. Rooms: The rooms were large and comfortable with a deep bath. Walkability: The hotel is close to Rainham high street and about a ten minute walk to the train station. Food drinks: We went to the Manor farm for dinner and breakfast and both were faultless and the staff were lovely too.

Heating in rooms hot air type.either blew hot or cold .not comfortable Food drinks: Beefeater ok but limited menu Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4
