Bidra med feedbackIn the last 4 weeks I had the same hired for the drie thru and he got my order consistently wrong. He told me rude commentary and always seems like he's on something. I'm honestly disappointed.
The staff is super nice but very very unorganized I didn't like the fact that I went in there at a little bit before 8:00 and the entire front line had been broke down so I couldn't even see the food they didn't have any teammate to go and they forgot my chicken strips I got the big family pack supposed to come with eight pieces of chicken 12 family strips eight biscuits three fixings and a gallon of tea I had to wait probably about 10 minutes for my tea if not longer I didn't get my chicken strips at all tonight I have to go back to get them it took 6 minutes to get my order taken but the staff was very apologetic about it super friendly just really unorganized and kind of rushed I understand they're ready to get out of there when it's closing time but it's not even 8:00 and I can't see what I'm getting that's one of the best parts about Bojangles and one of my half gallons of tea tasted salad yes they gave me two half gallons instead of one full gallon which is fine but just more to carry when you already have two bags full of food... I go there often cuz it's near me and when you order something simple you never have a problem but they can't handle these big orders cuz it's the third time they messed up a big order than a place... So come on people you're a great store just try a little harder and get more organized

I had a small problem with delivery (I got fries and rice when I asked for rice but no upcharge, none of the condiments I requested, and no straws) but none with pickup. I would suggest picking up because I just don't think they do well with delivery from my entire 1 order where I got free fries. I think most people wouldn't see that as a problem but it's just not my correct order.The food is fantastic and you should go for pickup just to confirm you get your correct sauces and everything. Everybody there was really friendly and patient with giving me suggestions.
They got my order wrong and I went back through the drive through to have it fixed but the staff had a really nasty attitude about it. If I’m short on my total, you wouldn’t tell me it’s ok, enjoy your lunch. You would make sure I pay in full for what I ordered, right? So why is it a problem for me to get what I paid for?
