Flask Beaker - Raleigh

Short-staffed. The employees did their best, but I would recommend avoiding this place unless you are staying at the hotel or just looking for a drink. Perhaps service will improve as more staff are hired and trained. Assistance is needed for the current staff.

Easy location to visit while staying at the hotel, food was good. Wish they had their own drink menu and staffing was lacking. We felt bad for the bar tender who also was host, waiter, busser, etc. Hoping they get more staff.

Awful experience! The restaurant was understaffed, with only one waitress serving both indoor and outdoor areas, as well as the bar. After finally being seated, we were given a limited menu with only a few items available from the kitchen. Disappointed with the lack of options, we decided to leave and will not be returning.

Amazing venue, good food woefully short staffed and disorganized unfortunately. Nice people though... will give another chance

Hidden in hotel wasn't sure we had the right place and then the correct door.. This restaurant gives the hotel breakfast buffet vibe. Food was ok, nothing special for a drive from Durham. Thought with the name flask and Beaker they may have had a special drink menu ...nope. The shrimp n grits were good as was the spinach artichoke dip. Steak was ok. With all the restaurant choices there are, I can't say I would go back
