Bidra med feedbackI always have a fantastic experience at Insomnia Cookies on Hillsborough Street. When I get a late-night craving, I love making the quick trip to this conveniently located cookie shop, which is open until around 4 AM—it's pretty amazing! My favorite treat is the cookie-wich (as shown in the picture), where you can choose any cookie and any ice cream flavor. They also offer giant cookie specials that are enormous and filled with goodies like Reese's. The cookies are always kept warm, and if you visit really late, they might even surprise you with some complimentary leftovers.
Absolutely delicious! It was my first time trying Insomnia Cookies, and I ordered a snickerdoodle and a brownie with ice cream. They were incredibly fresh and flavorful!
I visited last night around 9 PM because my pregnant best friend was craving your cookies. Despite the place being extremely busy, the guy at the counter handled the line efficiently. He was very friendly and professional, even when a DoorDash driver was yelling at him while he was taking my order and informing me about the vegan cookies available. I will definitely be back; I love the atmosphere, and the staff is always wonderful!
The cookies at this place are just amazing!!! We tried 6 of them and we were shocked! Soo good! 200% recommended
The deserts were delightful and delicious! I had ice cream covered cookies! The line was long but the wait wasn't long. They worked at a decent pace. Issues I saw where that most of their selection was out of stock and the male was quite rude and seemed to brush off any males asking questions about the menu while on the other hand making it his mission to be super attentive to any attractive female that came in (the gentleman in the attached pictures behind the counter).
