Jack's Seafood - Raleigh

We had a bad experience the last time we came here , so we usually go to the other location but we decided to give them another chance. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. We did not feel good spending our money at this Jack’s. Next time we will go to the New Bern location.

I absolutely love the food. The fried catfish is my favorite but all of the food tastes great. The staff is always very friendly. It’s easy to call in orders and the food is ready for pickup. I highly recommend this restaurant. I’ll probably be picking up dinner again tonight, yum!!!!

I had the fried whiting plate with corn and butter beans with mac and cheese. I would like to say it was because I ordered last minute. The fish was very dry and chewy. The corn and butter beans were extremely salty and the mac and cheese was tasteless. I have eaten at Jacks before and this was far from what my first experience was. I coukd have got what wAs left over but its was very disappointing.?

Thanks to a ms Chelsea spencer my visit was greet.. took her time even with a line not pushy at all help me decide and coming back tomorrow… the food you have to try for your self

Absolutely terrible!!!It was my first and last time..I ordered the two combinations platter with Oysters and Scallops. The online price was $17.95. When I arrived to pick my order up the cashier said that my order total was $26. I told her what the online price was and I spoke with someone confirming my total. She told me that there is an increase in price for Scallops and Oysters. The online price was incorrect plus I wasn't told of the increase in price by cashier.Very misleading and I will never support this restaurant!!!I wish I could give a zero rating ?
