We had burgers with slaw. The basic hamburger. Though not at more than 65% capacity, the service was very slow. Burger was pretty good meat and cooked to order. Kind of sloppy to handle with the lettuce, tomato and onion not cut to fit well. Slaw was OK. Overall meal was not worth $11.99 each. I had been to their Greenville, NC location once or twice before but never found a reason to go back there. This meal confirmed it is an OK but nothing special chain.

LM Hospitality has a marketing director that has no respect for local residents, so I will not spend my money at Henry's or Bluewater until she is replaced. Some of my friends were shocked by her behavior and language, and will now frequent other restaurants.
I recently spoke with Kelly Hunter, the HR Administrator, about being double charged at the Carolina Ale House White Oak location. Unfortunately, she was rude and dismissive during our conversation. She mentioned that this issue occurs frequently, which is concerning. It seemed like she wasn't worried at all that their vendor, BB&T Merchant Services, is unintentionally taking money from customers. It's frustrating to feel penalized for supporting your restaurant.
