I went in for coffee and ended up ordering the Guido sandwich. I have to say it was one of the best sandwiches that I have eaten. The ciabatta bread was fresh, perfectly toasted. It had perfectly caramelized onions, a layer of Gorgonzola cheese and fresh arugula. The Canelli beans, and the couscous paired perfectly with a sandwich. This café is a true gem for semi gourmet food.

Very friendly place with a great selection of vegan sandwiches. A plate is affordable and more than enough to get you filled. At least it was in my case. I had a BBQ sandwich that I uploaded a photo about. The double espresso wasn't too strong and oily. I sat in around 8 a.m. and by 9 the place was almost full already. Many of the guests seemed regular, the guy behind the bar seemed to know many of them, which gave the whole place a homely vibe. The decoration is cool, retro, artsy and kind of international. Good experience all together.

This, restaurant is a very lovely place, and affordable. I bought a chicken salad sandwich vegan) with couscous and beans for the sides.

One of the best spots in downtown Raleigh for lunch! The ultimate cheese sandwich, Alpine, Pollobella, and Poulet are all my favorites. Don’t forget to have a brownie!
