Starbucks - Raleigh

Good load, but needs a lot of improvements. no whipped cream no grande cup the crew was underoccupied to do all commands. the adjustment was not as required during the ordering. but only the drink has saved us, it has not disappointed us, that is the only saving gnade. that's why they're three stars.

The staff was incredibly friendly and managed to create a drink that perfectly suited my best friend's nutritional needs, and it was delicious! Food: 5/5.

I ordered matcha latte online while I bought in the shopping center. when I picked up, it was late 30 minutes and someone took my order. I had to wait there long before I can talk to someone about my order and one has made me so one. Seriously, this is my favorite drink and I have it 4 times a week, it's never so light, taste like I drink milk, I took the picture of the drink I got today, and a drink I got another day that it should be. very unhappy about her setting when I asked her if she is sure that it is correct

Very busy box in a shopping center, but they managed to maintain an impatient holiday shopping crowd. I was impressed by her work. Food: 4/5

We have been to this Starbucks location a few times at the mall. They are always so quick with the orders. We usually do a mobile order and by the time we arrive, they are ready. The baristas are friendly and make the best drinks! The order is always correct and the perfect temperature!
