Food supplied in bulk is not upto the mark. Infact some items are stale and smells. Even not cooked well. Supplied for journey from Ramnagar to Gwalior around 200 people

Last night I purchased andarse (a traditional sweet)from kundan sweets Ramnagar.....and today I found a small insect ???? in andarse while I was eating that sweet..,,,it’s very disappointing matter......why you don’t pay attention in such reviews

Ordered and waited for 40 min and got to know that the waiter is new and has not placed our order till then asking about the order he was like when did u placed it and was saying apko order nhi laga laughing on his foolishness like he has done a great job and their customer are going out without having their food. I will tell u the identity he is wearing a white cap short height.

Please improve the quality of the products specially Bal Mithai. we bought 3 KG (both chocolate and with Bal) on 10th June on our way to Delhi, for distribute in family and friends home. The mithai was made with Dalda or some ghee like this which remains stick in mouth after chewing the piece. we felt very bad and all our non-pahadi friends were complaining about the quality of product which is sham full thing of us as well as owner of Kundan sweet shop. Please maintain the quality of your product and if needed raise the price of the sweets.
