Blaueishütte - Ramsau

Very strenuous hike to the Blaueishütte, but the view rewards the straps. Surrounded by mountain massif and glacier. D.A.V. hosts hut. Must have been seen.

Once you have reached the path to the Schärtenalm, you should take the about 50 minutes to the Blaueishütte. From the way up, we better not talk... Alta! But at the top you will be fully compensated with a look down to the back and up to the blue ice glacier... totally beautiful! Great food and nice staff. Mountaineers can stay here and beginners can practice the ascent. Always like this!

Sensational. Was a great tour up, for practicing well with child too. Once up, you can be pampered in a culinary way as it belongs to a hut. We like to come back!
