Toby Carvery - Ramsgate

We have used Toby a few times now, when booking you are asked if it is a special occasion, as it was my birthday I put this on the booking, I don't know what I expected as we was dealt with as normal

Excellent value, food does vary depending on the time of the day. The food at this visit (17:45) was very good, fresh and hot.

We dine here 1 3 times a week sometimes 4 in the winter. We go as a couple , but often with family friends. 98% of our experiences are very good. Food is freshly cooked and cooked in a healthy way. On quite a few occasions the potatoes have been burnt and sometimes part of the food has been cold. But when we have felt it necessary to complain rare we have had an apology and been compensated . The staff are friendly and try to be accommodating It's value for money. Although we feel very comfortable at our local one We feel comfortable at all of the ones we have visited. We have visited other companies Harvesters this was our favourite for many years but food and service went right down Brewers, Hungry Horse , Zizzies only 2 or 3 times because of continuous bad service food. Good prompt service from our waitress , food good friendly staff reserved table ready when we arrived

Great value for money and never been a disappointment. Would thoroughly recommend.
