Sac Tacos - Rancho Cordova

I booked Sac Tacos for my wedding over a year in advance. Unfortunately, the communication leading up to the event was lacking. I had to send multiple emails and texts to get a response. On the day of the wedding, they were supposed to arrive at 5pm but did not show up until 6:30pm. There was no communication about their late arrival, and we were told they had overbooked themselves for the day with 6+ other weddings. Despite the delay, the food was good and the staff was friendly. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and organization for such an important event.

The tacos at this restaurant are amazing, delicious, and flavorful. The hot sauce is perfect, and the cooks are friendly.

I recently visited Sac Tacos Food Truck and I have to say, I was blown away by the amazing food and the exceptional service! The veggie burrito I ordered was absolutely delicious packed with fresh veggies, beans, rice, and flavorful sauces. Every bite was a burst of flavor and the portion was generous, making for a satisfying meal. But what really made my experience great was the exceptional service Carlos, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that my food was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and truly cared about making my experience a great one. The atmosphere of the food truck was also great it was clean, well maintained, and had a fun, festive vibe. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Sac Tacos Food Truck and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food and outstanding service. I 'll be honest. READ BEFORE YOU ORDER TAKEOUTThe food is GREAT! The best thing about their food is the seasoning! However, the customer service is trash at best. If you call the number on google, you speak to some guy. One time he answered and told me, sorry, I 'm in Mexico while the restaurant was open. So you have to go yo the location where the truck is- which is always a mystery. I don 't have time to play scooby doo for a burrito-never been that serious.

I don't know where to start other than I'm so disappointed. We ordered 2 asada tacos 1 carnitas taco and 1 quesabirria taco. The asada was ok but the 5 dollar quesabirria taco was such a sad taco it barely had any meat more cheese than anything and the carnitas were dry and tasteless. Also the salsa was not spicy at all. And the grilled jalapeño and radishes were so old and dried out. Like they had been sitting for days. We also ordered 2 Churros and they barely had any sugar or cinnamon on them. It was such a waste of money and calories.
