Steve's Pizza - Rancho Cordova

I don't usually make any reviews, but this plase was terrible. Staff are badly managed. They ignore their guests and sit where guests can hear that they talk badly about other people. The place was not very welcoming and did not feel clean. I was new when they wanted to charge me $70 for our pizza salad and a drink for 3 ppl. The salad bar was empty and they only refilled the salad bar area (with gloves) because I asked for a refund after 20 minutes, then they wanted to watch. They can say they hate their jobs. I asked for a refund and because they didn't know how to refund my card and the manager wouldn't come forward, they had to give me money back. I pay $10 for three well drinks. If I wanted to drink a well, I could have gone to McDonald's for $1 big soda. My family and I ended up on a better pizza place that was $50 cheaper with excellent customer service and much better pizza.

The window said lunch buffet $8.99. I was charged $12.99 and tax for a total of $14.12. The manager said someone must have changed the sign. He then said the sign is 4 years old. He then said I just took it down. Which one if his lies is the truth? Pizza was old and cold. It was all bad for honest business practices. Do better and stop overcharging your customers.

The food is decent, service was good, staff seemed friendly, and restaurant is clean. The pizza seems to be made with quality ingredients. Cheese blend is good. Dough was just the right amount of thickness not too thin, yet not leaving you feel like you ate an entire loaf of bread after one piece. The sauce is a bit tame for my liking a bit more on the tomato side than the spicy but still complimented the pizza well.

Be Back- maybe, maybe not They and the Subway were the only businesses in the plaza open at 1030. We noticed their sign for their 10 dollar deal(pic below) on their window ad. It turned out to be unexpectedly more than 10 dollars. See the receipt. Yes, I decided to write this than to have a continued conversation with the young lady. Btw, this is my second encounter with her and she borders on straight business to almost being unfriendly. Again, I'm not sure, yet. So, I wanted to be more effective by posting this. The food so far in my few experiences is good. I do really like their Armenian style pizza and my boss likes their pizzas. Plus they're close by.

I doordashed this place and I would've gave 5 stars but my hot wings weren't the best until I finished them off in the airfryer. The veggie pizza was absolutely delicious along with the crust. Mozzarella sticks with marinara and ranch were very tasty as well. I will order again.
