With a $20 gift card they said they had changed the gift card company and would no longer honor my card. Then said, "We'll give you a $10 card as a replacement." I said, “Okay, how about a free coffee for the ten I just lost?” No. The management came to me after the review and made good on my gift card, so I appreciate this kind of follow-up the five star rating. This place is awesome! Highly recommend... Great Koffi. Haha. And the pastries... holy cow batman! Delish! Adore this place. Come. Try the pastries. Drink the coffee. You'll quick become a fan, if you aren't already!

This is their roastery, so it is smaller than the other 3 locations in Valley. Efficient baristas, coffee. You can buy 1 lb. currently roasted beans of about 15 diff. varieties. I even saw delivered original 150lb. un- roasted bean bags from Mexico, Argentina, Nicaragua.

The super shop has courteous employees, and their matcha green tea is excellent! It does take a bit longer to prepare the drinks, so plan accordingly. Overall, it's a great experience!

I absolutely adore this coffee shop! The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, and the service is surprisingly quick.
