Bidra med feedbackI was extremely disappointed. I drove 30 minutes only to find out they had run out of warm donuts during their busiest hour at 8 AM. Seriously? On top of that, they were unaware of a promotion that the website clearly stated required no code (it was just happening this weekend). They repeatedly tried to get me to pay full price for the two dozen donuts. I understand that things can get hectic, but this level of incompetence was frustrating and wasted both my time and gas.
Most of the time, the donuts aren't as soft as they used to be. I often have to microwave them to soften them up. Last Sunday, I purchased a cinnamon roll, and it was definitely not fresh. I'm curious to know if the leftover donuts from the previous day are refrigerated or frozen, because they lack any softness. I won't be buying anything from there again. Additionally, some of the staff have terrible attitudes. I'll just wait until I go to San Diego to enjoy some great donuts.
This place is disappointing, especially when it comes to their filled donuts. I had the Boston cream, and there was hardly any filling—after eating 90% of the donut, I barely found any. It seems like the quality of the donuts gets worse every day. I'm done wasting my money here.
Got the dozen of the pumpkin spice specialty donuts. So yummy and delicious. Service was rapid. Donuts were fresh
Worst service ever they all need to get re-trained on what there suppose to be doing manager was no help just taking drive threw orders lady who was helping me didn't have any idea kept on going back and forth no help at all she should just stick on making boxes worst customer service ever!!
