Service was ok. Food was ok. Noise level was too high.

Had a very small bridal shower here for my sister in law- it was perfect. The food and service were excellent and obviously a beautiful view!

We didn't even get to eat the service was horrible literally forgot about us... 50 minutes nothing no water refill no utensils (Had to ask the server at next table for that 45 minutes into waiting) no food nothing.. We left We told our server and his reply was (I dont blame you) we told the hostess who apologized and then continued her personal conversation with a co worker (friend) THEN the next morning the restaurant charged me over $70!!! No joke Of course the hotels front desk removed the charge when I complained but come on!! Have eaten here several times before and never had this issue so hopefully a one off situation but to bill me when the hostess and server knew we left because we never got our food or service unbelievable!!

We went to Nelson’s for our 25th wedding anniversary! It was a beautiful location and the staff was kind. The issue we had was that the waiter forgot to give us our food. We waited for 45 mins after we ordered. The people that arrived after us were served their food and my husband decided that it was time to go. I loved the view and the manager was kind when we explained why we were leaving. He comped our drinks but I was disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy the meal we ordered. It was definitely not the way I wanted to spend my anniversary.

Nice food and good value. Pretty surroundings and friendly staff; only reason for the reduced rating was the really long wait at the start to place our order.
