Bidra med feedbackGreat restaurant at Terrenea Spa. I like coming here when visiting the spa. Pricing is similar to other terrenea restaurants. valet parking service close to spa menu is small but good and light coffee and wine! ambiance
This is the restaurant located at the spa and they have the BEST breakfast options at the resort. The flight of jams was to die for served with a variety of fresh baked bread. I would have to say you should book a spa treatment just to have a chance to eat breakfast here.
We wanted a nice casual outdoor lunch while at Terranea for my wife's birthday so I made a reservation at Solviva. I am so impressed with my experience and we had a wonderful time there. I am a stickler for service, and the entire staff at Solviva were outstanding. Alexs, our server, was super attentive and courteous. Our orders came out quick and were cooked perfectly. I looked forward to going back in the future and recommend it highly.
I liked the former spa cafe better. Solviva tries to be a restaurant but the food is heavier than ideal spa food. Recently has changed hours and some of my favorite items are gone. Best for just sharing a salad. The poolside location is the best part.
My wife and I recently had lunch at Solviva, and both left very pleased with our meal and the overall experience. The restaurant is adjacent to the spa (which accounts for a number of diners in bath robes which didn’t really bother me for a casual lunch, but some may not prefer) at the sprawling Terranea Resort. There are a few tables situated indoors, but the majority are outside some under a roof where we sat (which was good as it was raining rather heavily during our lunch) and others not (which were out of commission during our visit). Solviva’s menu, which focuses on all dishes under 600 calories and locally sourced ingredients, is concise yet smart. We both started with a spicy golden margarita (a beautiful and very tasty drink). I began with the mushroom flat bread (mushrooms atop a bed of whipped ricotta cheese and garnished with a colorful chili oil) and found it to be very flavorful and delicious. For my main, I went with the seared Ahi Tuna Nicoise served with some unique and tasty olive oil poached potatoes and an indulgent (alas relatively low calorie) egg remoulade. The sushi grade tuna was served perfectly rare and was exceptional. My wife loved her bone marrow broth soup and free range chicken breast. Our waiter was just terrific as well – inviting, friendly, efficient, and super knowledgeable about the menu and all of the dishes’ ingredients. All in all, we both loved the food for a casual lunch and very much enjoyed our experience at Solviva.
