Del Taco World Headquarters

Completely disorganized and the staff is extremely rude. Waited for over 20 minutes in the drive-thru when there was only two cars ahead of me. When I got to the window the person only handed me part of my order and then made me sit for another 7 or 8 minutes. Waiting for the rest of the order. Came back to the window and tried to charge me again. Not realize and he'd already started helping me. Then a lady took over. Handed me my bag and said here's your food and just kind of chucked it at me and then slammed the window. I'm not sure what kind of dysfunctional stuff is going on there but don't take it out on the customers and learn to get organized. Won't be returning to this location. The food was also subpar.

I ordered 3 macho fries &they filled half of the container. I should've checked before driving off, but I didn't. When I called 4 times I kept getting voicemail. I'm extremely upset Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50

I spent $35 on food for 6 people, and they would on give 6 packets of hot sauce. Since when? Sorry I’ll go to Taco Bell. I really gotta stop going to this location. I go here every few months, the last time there was a dead fried fly in my fries. This time I order a del cheeseburger and small fries and somehow, they still mess it up. The burger was the buns, patty, and cheese. Nothing else. The fries, because I never learn my lesson, are soggy just like every single time I go here. Save your money and go somewhere else or if you're really craving Del Taco, go to another location.

How hard is it to put together two burritos? I ordered two bean and cheese burritos one with red sauce, one with green sauce. What I got was a tortilla filled with beans there was no cheese no sauce on either one. Is it that difficult? These people are being paid almost $20 an hour now and they can't get a simple order correct
