The food was good and the restaurant was clean, but we were disappointed when we ordered our food and were given drink cups. When we went to get our drinks, the machine didn't work. I asked another worker about the machine and she informed me that it was out of order. Why give us cups if the machine was not working?

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent! They accommodated my request for extra frosting without any issues, and I was grateful for the effort they put in. Now, after indulging in dessert first, I'm in the mood for some roast beef.
