Pizza Hut - Rapid City

The Pizzas were Delivered Hot it had tender crust yummy toppings , Mouthwatering . Made you want to go back for another piece Another very nice Delivery driver ! Very Happy Will be ordering again for sure !

Tonight I picked up a personal pan pizza and an order of garlic wings. The staff was friendly as usual. The thing that has impressed me us the timely service consistently these last 2 yrs. Not just when you order there like I did tonight or just calling for a delivery like I normally do. Either way you get prompt courteous service. But if they say 20 min then it will be 20 min.

Ordered pizza to be delivered, waited for an hour, finally went to the front door and our pizza was sitting on our front steps cold, no knocking or anything to let us know they were here, they blamed us saying we clicked no contact, we didn't because we aren't scared like they are, but even if we did they should knock on the door!! Never do business with that Pizza Hut again! Manager offered nothing except to talk to the driver.

I ordered from this pizza hut and I am currently working. I missed a call from pizza hut and instead of calling me again after wating an hour for my wings they voided out my order. When I called in the lady I spoke with told me there was another two hour wait yet again for my order. Not professional at all and policy needs to be changed. Some people work for emergency services and can't answer right away. Maybe consider that before giving up and voiding.

Train staff better...i told them i had the wrong order and the lady who answered the phone blatantly argued with me. Terrible customer service for someone who spent $60 on your pizza
