The Kitchen 18 West - Raritan

We visited the kitchen on Saturday night and it was a delightful surprise. Raritan is such a family-friendly town, and this restaurant fits right into the neighborhood. Our family of five, along with our friends who have two kids, enjoyed a wonderful dinner together. Everyone was extremely pleased with their meals. I ordered the fish taco and honestly can't recall tasting fish this fresh anywhere but by the shore. It was incredibly flavorful, especially paired with the homemade coleslaw that had a nice bit of crunch. Delicious! The French fries were also a big hit, served in butcher paper on a stylish metal stand, which the kids thought was really fun. The boys had steak, and it was cooked to perfection. We can't wait to return!

We're always on the lookout for a fantastic dining spot, and we hit the jackpot with The Kitchen in Raritan. This family-friendly restaurant offers delicious food at reasonable prices. We kicked off our meal with the shrimp in garlic sauce as an appetizer, which had just the right amount of seasoning. The chicken parmigiana was not only excellent but also enormous—we took the leftovers home for dinner the following day! The three-course tasting menu featured a great variety of exceptional dishes. The kids absolutely loved the chicken Caesar salad and devoured the flourless chocolate cake before we even got a taste. The Kitchen has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorite restaurants.

I've attended several private events at this delightful little restaurant in downtown Raritan, NJ. The food is excellent, and the service is very friendly. In recent years, my family and friends have utilized Catering Solutions for various occasions. They catered for us twice and also handled a large holiday party in Princeton. Catering Solutions does an amazing job and truly deserves recognition as a top-tier catering service. Whether the setting is casual or elegant, they make you feel like a guest at your own event.
