This newly constructed hotel receives 5 stars for its excellent location and customer service. However, it only earns 2 stars for cleanliness and 1 star for not providing individual water geysers in the bathroom, as well as for delayed arrangements for hot water despite requesting it at 9:00 pm. Despite these issues, overall it is a good hotel and a pleasant place to stay.
