Bidra med feedbackCà budrio absolutely deserves at least one visit: magnificent place surrounded by nature that offers the option of staying there having numerous beds and an equipped camping area. Located on the green hills it is easily reachable by car but away from everyday chaos. The staff that has been managing it for 4 years is young and dynamic, with so much desire to do good, courtesy and hospitality are always put in the first place. Really excellent cuisine that offers simple and traditional dishes: cuts of meats and cheeses, crostini, piadina and homemade pasta, fresh and genuine products carefully selected at zero km. As soon as I have the opportunity I will gladly return.
Refuge in the woods of the Apennines between Imola and Faenza. Peace, freedom and nature at will. The boys who manage it are in full harmony with the place. You can trek on the paths around the refuge. Very well maintained and welcoming stable. Ideal also for stays of groups of young people. You eat what is there and it is nothing bad: cuts of meats and cheese, first of tradition, meat in the pan; wine produced there and good craft beers of Casola Valsenio. Perfect for an escape from daily frenzy and summer heat.
This hiking refuge remains in a beautiful isolated position surrounded by greenery, and this is what makes me give a high vote, the boys who manage it are very kind and with great good will, propose cutters of sliced and cheese, but also pasta dishes such as tagliatelle and homemade tortelloni. With order also meat.
The fixed menu proposed by the boys was perfect especially the stew of sheep down the head. excellent local cheeses such as sheep's meat, first good and sweet.forget the red wine of the farmer delicious. Quality price I think the best in absolute
The hiking refuge has changed management lately, now it is sent forward by a group of boys. The place is really nice, rustic and quiet. For the moment the menu is limited to a cutter of slices, cheeses and crostini at km 0 (products cultivated by them, spontaneous herbs and products of the farms of the surrounding area) and a first (tables to the fabulous ragù! and tortelloni to the vegetable garden), homemade tart, spring water and wine. The new management promises well
