Mcdonald's - RAVENNA

Big restaurant. the manager helped us a lot. he called us a taxi because it was very late and he make sure everything was fine for us.

I should start this review by saying I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s in fact whenever possible I avoid going I hate their processed, chlorinated, six-month without any mould, rubbish ****. But in these kind of theme parks the choice of food on offer and the quality is not great so are you going to go with what is available. So the one thing to remember in this is not your usual McDonald’s. When I ordered the food they said the menus are all large which is a waste because we had two kids with us who are too old to have the kids menu but they won't eat all the food in a large menu because it's too much so you end up throwing it away which is not good for my wallet and isn't good for the planet. You can't use the vouchers on the app. When is a McDonald's not a McDonald's? When it's in Mirabilandia. It took 15 mins to get set served as there were long queues and some positions were closed even though it was the end of May and the food is the usual like I said rubbish but if you going to go to McDonald’s I would suggest you go to the McDonald’s Drive In which is just outside the park where you obviously found all the usual full menu of crappy McDonald’s food.

Il cibo è mediocre, c'è molta confusione e manca il numero per le tavole assegnate. Il servizio è al bancone. C'è molta gente e scarsa pulizia. Non puliscono i tavoli dopo l'uso e i bagni sono sporchi. È solo la necessità che ti porta ad odiarli. C'è molto parcheggio disponibile, ma il locale è troppo affollato. Tuttavia, il servizio è veloce e è meglio mangiare fuori se c'è spazio.

Molto accogliente situato all'esterno e vicino ai parcheggi di Mirabilandia.....soste gratuite anche x tutto il giorno....
