Country Mile Cafe - RAVENSHOE

Highly recommended for travellers visiting Ravenshoe. The food is delicious and the staff a very friendly.

Delicious variety of meals, wonderful family atmosphere and they go that extra 'country mile' for their customers. We love the variety of hot foods, cold sweets, hot drinks for parents and a good variety of cold drinks for children (the thick shakes are divine!). The homemade-style Spring Rolls are the best I have ever had. I have a fussy-eater and they go above and beyond to make him happy.

Stopped off here for a late morning coffee. They do a good coffee and have a good range of cake and slices. Recommended.

Either the pubs or The Country Mile Cafe for dinner. We chose the latter as the other cafe was closed and glad we did. Wide range of quick order hot food with tea or coffee along with pizza or sandwich is required. The burgers were the old style and so big I had to halve it and make it an open burger. My partners grilled fish ad chips was also tasty and well presented. Open from 8 am til 730 pm, The Country Mile Cafe offers an all day breakfast, as well as a big range of burgers and other selections.The service from the young couple who own it and their young friendly staff was very good.Suggest if you are passing north and south through Ravenshoe, this is an RV friendly town who needs your support, take time to stop and sample some good friendly service with a smile

The kebabs and fish & chips are great, served quickly and fresh by friendly staff. Good prices and open at good times.
