Honestly, I loved it, even with how slammed they were. Staff was super sweet and made nice idle chit chat and made sure to inform me the status of my food. To the nice gentleman who made my coffee it was spectacular. Lrg iced (9 caramel black with a sandwich. Horrible experience! 3 people behind the counter and had to wait an excessive amount of time. They are all yelling back and forth acting like animals, using profane language. I 'm no prude, but, there is a nice older couple trying to enjoy a discussion and parents with kids here. If you can 't find even reasonably professional help, fire them all and shut your doors. Finally had to say something. Was given Whatever by employee and then muttered something. When I asked them what they muttered was told: If you don 't like it you can leave . Nice touch!
