Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Raytown

I have ordered two cakes from there in the last month and both times they didn't have my cake when I went to pick it up! The second time I even called the day before I was to pick up my order and was told they had the order and would call me if therewere any issues. Low and behold when I went to pick it up the next day they said it wasn't made and they had no idea why. Theyoffered no solution to the situation, the employee just walked away from me saying nothing. I will not not be doing anybusiness with them again in the future.

The first time we went, I got home and I didn?t receive my full order. Second time because the girl didn?t hear me through the intercom, she told me I would have to get back in line just to add an ice cream! Because she didn?t have access to add it to myexisting order! I had to be the one to suggest to go get someone who has access then! I definitely won?t be back to thislocation. Extremely poor customer service and very rude.

This ice cream shop is truly iconic and remains steadfast in its brand identity. They still offer all the classic treats we cherished as kids, along with specialty cakes that are perfect for celebrations. It's definitely one of the last great ice cream shops of our time!

The food was excellent. They confirmed my order three times and were very polite even during a busy period. I ordered over $50 worth of food, and everything was as it should be—nothing was missing. I was very impressed and will definitely return.

The staff is friendly, the dining area is spotless, and the ice cream display in the freezer is absolutely stunning!
