Ihop - Raytown

The place is freezing because the humidifier is out. Customers were using blankets and had hoods up! A kid puked. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. No refills. Rude staff. They served other tavles that came in 25 mins after us first!

Location was clean, but staff seemed to be very disorganized the three visits we've had. Even with a nearly empty restaurant, it takes 5 to 10m to get seated.Food delivery time is quick and food was good. On one visit, they were out of coffee creamer, table salt, and bacon. How?!?Recommendation for anyone doing a pickup--find the manager to verify your order. I've watched several very disappointed pickup folks stand around waiting for their food and it's simply on the back counter.

I love the staff there. The young ladies were courteous and fun.

We stopped here after a Royals game. As were were walking in a nice man outside warned us not to go in. He said he had waited over 1.5 hours for his food, another man was waiting for his food. Was told the cook wasn't even in the kitchen but outback doing who knows what. We only saw one person working and I'm not even sure they were doing anything. To say the least we got the heck out of there. This place has really gone down hill.

Loved the grilled tilapia, brussel sprouts, and buttered corn. Came with 2 buttermilk pancakes. My only complaint was I wish I would have ordered a short stack. Didn't remember how good they are. Will be ordering dinner here very soon.
