Arby's - Reading

I generally like Arby's but haven't had much luck with they're specialty sandwiches. I almost always stick to roast beef or beef and cheddar. However, I tried their new hamburger and I thought it was great. Certainly not a pub Burger but as far as fast food burgers go it was pretty good. I would love to see a mushroom and Swiss offering.

Great place for fast food other than burgers. When they say they have the meats they're not kidding. They have a variety beyond roast beef. Roast beef, chicken, roast turkey, reuben's, chicken salad, chicken fingers, chicken wings, and chicken nuggets!

This Arbys is well run and consistent. Only one time did I get some food not up to par (reheated but it was close to closing time so I let it slide and I never really have any issues with getting fresh food here. Even when ordering via Doordash the food is fresh and pretty consistent and what more can you ask for from a fast food place? Only thing I wish they would add the option to choose sauces on their delivery menu or include notes. Arbys has the BEST milkshakes and the BEST chicken tendies. Their Buffalo chicken sandwich is top tier but quite messy (need a sauce on the side option! and their roast beef is decent, but their wraps are highly underrated and so are the gyros! I didn’t like the reheated mac and cheese but I can tell it would be amazing fresh. I still give them five stars for being more consistent and fresh than most fast food places around here and the employees typically never mess up the orders (but hey they’re human so if it happens to you just be nice I’m sure they will fix it!

The female employee who answered the phone today 06/29/22 at 11:15am, nicely added honey mustard to my DoorDash order after I called and requested it. She was kind and generous. Thank you for your help.

It's a decent Arby's but sometimes has a funny smell in the bathroom area. I think they might have a septic system leak or something back there. Otherwise the food is good
